FAQ
Do I need to write code? No. Use the admin pages. Developers only need to set up things like vendor keys or file storage.
Which shops does this work with? Shopify stores.
Does the app change my store or my theme? No. It reads your store. It only writes when you approve a change, such as a draft order.
Can I undo a publish? Yes. Use Roll back on the publish page.
Why can't I see Live shopping, Games, Community or Appointments? These are off by default. Set them up first, then turn on the feature switch. See Getting started.
What does it cost? Standard is US$89 a month and Enterprise is US$399 a month, with a 14-day free trial on both. You can design and preview before you choose a plan. Yearly prices are US$890 and US$3,990. See Plans and billing.
Why does a feature show an Enterprise label or an upgrade button? Live shopping, the AI assistant, Games, Community and B2B quotes need the Enterprise plan. See Plans and billing.
Why does a feature show a "plan" message from a vendor? A connected vendor may need a paid plan on its side. Check with that vendor.
Why is my message waiting for approval? Your team has approval rules for sends and publishes. A person with approval permission must decide. See Team and roles.
Why can't I open a page? Your role may not have that permission. Ask an owner or admin.
Can I send a message to everyone? Yes, if you pick all shoppers as the audience. Standard allows up to 50,000 push messages a month. Most teams use a segment instead.

Can the app sell prescription medicine? Not by default. Prescription uploads are off, and they are regulated. See Prescriptions.
Does the AI assistant give real answers out of the box? No. It needs the Enterprise plan and gives sample answers until your developer connects an AI provider. Each chat message also uses one monthly credit. See AI assistant.
Do I need my own Apple and Google accounts? Yes. Store builds go to your own developer accounts, and Apple and Google charge you their own fees. See Publishing to stores.
Where do I get the app on the App Store or Google Play? Only after a store build is approved. See Publishing to stores.
What happens to a shopper's data when they delete their account? Their app data is removed. Copies you exported elsewhere are not removed by the app. See Customer privacy.
Can I have more than one store in one app? Linking shops into one group is an Enterprise feature. The admin has a Stores page for it. It is not live yet: the server answers "not found" until the multi-store part is wired in. Each shop has its own customer login. A shopper who switches store must sign in again. Cart and wishlist do not move with them. Ask your developer before you use it.
Can live shopping start a stream for me? Only with your own Mux or Cloudflare Stream account connected. See Live shopping.
Can I use a different template later? Yes. Your edits start from the new template's defaults. Save your work first.
Who can see my analytics? People with the analytics view permission. See Team and roles.
