Integrations
Integrations connect the app to tools you already use. Each one is a family. A family has one or more vendors.
Status: each integration is Needs setup. You connect your own vendor account and enter its keys. Until then, the app shows the built-in Shopify version of the feature, or hides it.
How the app picks a source#
For each feature, the app tries sources in this order:
- Your connected vendor.
- Shopify metafields (product or shop data you control in Shopify).
- A Shopify feature that does the same job.
- A web page from the vendor.
If a vendor is not connected, or your plan does not include it, the app falls to the next source. Keys are stored in an encrypted vault. The app never shows them again after you save them.

Before you rely on one#
- Test the connection with your account first.
- Some vendor code has not yet been run against the live vendor. Check each one before you launch.
- A vendor may need a paid plan on its side. If so, the app shows a plan message.
Where to connect#
Open Integrations. The page lists each family. Follow the steps on the card to enter your vendor account details. Who can change connections depends on your role. See Team and roles.
